Shipping Policy
How Cavora Plaza gets your order to you: the delivery fee, how long each stage takes, and who to tell when a parcel stalls.
Shipping charges
Spend ₹1,999 or more and you pay nothing for delivery. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹79 charge, regardless of how many items are in the box.
You will see the delivery line in the order summary. Nothing is added after you confirm.
Packing and transit
Your order is prepared within 1 business day. Transit after that runs to 2 to 8 business days, longer for remote PIN codes than for metros.
Sundays and public holidays are not counted in either window, and neither courier pickups nor deliveries run on those days in most areas.
Areas covered
Delivery is limited to Indian addresses. We do not ship abroad and cannot send to freight forwarders for onward export.
Courier coverage is wide but not universal. If your PIN code cannot be served, the checkout page says so rather than letting the order through.
Before you confirm the address
Please check the PIN code and phone number before confirming. Once a parcel is with the courier the address can rarely be changed.
Tell us at once on service@cavoraplaza.shop or +91 522 262 6804. Corrections are possible only while the order is still being packed.
Following the parcel
Tracking details reach you at dispatch. Use the Track Your Order page, and allow a little time for the first movement to register.
Everything is visible from the Track Your Order page using the order number in your confirmation email.
Missed deliveries
Couriers normally try three times. After that the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch; the delivery charge may apply again on the second attempt.
Report anything overdue to service@cavoraplaza.shop. We open a query with the courier and tell you what they say.
A damaged-looking parcel should be opened in the agent’s presence and photographed. Email the pictures to service@cavoraplaza.shop on the day of delivery and read the Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.
Packing
Protection comes first. The outer box may look unremarkable; what matters is that the contents arrive intact.
Bigger orders are occasionally split across parcels. You are told at dispatch if yours has been, so a partial delivery is not a surprise.
If you will not be home
If you will be out, say so when the courier calls. A next-day re-attempt is normally free.
When things slow down
During festivals and long weekends, delivery takes longer than the usual 2 to 8 business days. Nothing is wrong; the network is simply full.
