What follows are the terms on which Cavora Plaza sells. Please read them before ordering.
About this business

Who can buy here
This shop sells to adults in India. Orders for delivery elsewhere cannot be accepted.
Listings and pricing
Listings aim to be exact. That said, photography and screen calibration mean colour is never a perfect match.
The amount you see at checkout is binding for that order, even if the listing price changes afterwards.
If an obvious error puts a price far below its real value, we may cancel the order and refund in full rather than supply at that figure. You will be told before anything is decided.
Acceptance
Placing an order does not by itself create a binding sale — acceptance happens when the parcel is dispatched.
Money, dispatch and returns
Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery, as set out in the Payment Policy. Delivery timings and charges are in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, and orders stopped before dispatch by the Cancellation Policy.
Turnover here is below the level at which GST registration is required; GST is therefore not charged on any order.
Site conduct
The site is here for people who want to buy drip irrigation kits and parts. It is not to be used to:
- Reproduce our content, images or page structure on another website
- Place orders you do not intend to pay for or receive
- Deploy bots, scrapers or stress tools against these pages
- Attempt to reach areas of the site you have not been given access to
Content ownership
Cavora Plaza owns the written content and design of this site. Third-party marks appearing on product pages belong to their respective owners.
What we are responsible for
Where something goes wrong, our liability does not exceed the value of the order concerned. Indirect losses fall outside it.
No part of this clause removes protections given to you by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Delays we cannot prevent
Circumstances such as severe weather, courier strikes or administrative restrictions can hold up a parcel. These are outside our control; we will keep you informed and refund if you prefer not to wait.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
A complaint sent to service@cavoraplaza.shop is dealt with within Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. That is usually faster than any formal route.
Updates to this page
Revisions are published here. Orders already placed continue under the terms then current.
Product availability
Listings reflect stock at the time of publishing. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we tell you and offer either a refund or a wait, whichever you prefer.
Quantity limits
Orders far above normal retail volume may be held for confirmation. Email service@cavoraplaza.shop first and we will tell you what is possible.
Reviews and feedback
Any review you post must be genuine and your own. Negative reviews stay up; abusive or fake ones do not.
How we communicate

Partial invalidity
One unenforceable provision does not bring down the whole agreement; the remainder stands.
The whole agreement
These terms, together with the policies linked from them, form the whole agreement between you and Cavora Plaza for any order. Nothing said elsewhere overrides them.
A concession made once is not a permanent waiver of the term concerned.
Transferring this agreement
Rights under this agreement are not assignable by you without consent. A change in the ownership of the business does not alter the terms of an order already placed.
