This policy explains what Cavora Plaza collects when you shop for drip irrigation kits and parts on Cavora Plaza, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Only what an order actually needs:
- The name and address the parcel goes to, plus a phone number and email for updates
- The items, the date and the total. Payment credentials never reach us
- Support messages and the replies to them
- Basic technical data from your visit — browser type, approximate location, pages viewed
How the information is used
Your details are used to get the parcel to you, to handle any question or return that follows, and to satisfy record-keeping obligations. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you placed an order.
Who else sees it
Your address goes to the courier. That is the extent of routine sharing; anything further would need a legal obligation.
Cookies and similar technology
We set cookies that make the shopping basket and checkout function. Your browser can refuse them, at the cost of being unable to order.
Data retention
Retention follows the legal requirement for commercial records. Messages unconnected to an order are not kept indefinitely.
Keeping it safe
Traffic to this website is encrypted, and only staff working on orders can see customer records. Holding little data is itself part of the protection.
Your choices
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion by writing to service@cavoraplaza.shop. We respond within Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Personal information is handled in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it governing sensitive personal data.
We do not seek or knowingly retain personal information belonging to minors.

Money and your data
A UPI transfer is authorised inside your own app. All that reaches us is a reference number and a success or failure flag. Cash on Delivery involves no electronic payment data at all.
Accuracy
Please keep your delivery details current. Once an order is with the courier the address is fixed, so corrections have to reach us early.

The basis for holding your data
Placing an order is what gives us the information and the reason to use it: a parcel cannot be delivered without a name and an address. Beyond fulfilling the order and keeping lawful records, we use nothing for any other purpose.
Some records survive a deletion request because the law says they must. We will tell you which ones and why.
